• 1. Electronic Medical Records – Started electronic medical software solutions company since 2015 sensing the deficiency in this field in our country . Actively using EMR since last 6 years and have provided the platform for the use of other medical professionals including doctors . More than 150 doctors are using the EMR developed by his own software solutions company – MdeRx.This has enabled to bring the modern clinical practices and record keeping within the range of all physicians .
• 2. Heart Failure Program – Having participated many path breaking trials in the arena of heart failure which have changed the practice guidelines , utilizing the clinical and academic experience running heart failure programe .
• 3. Heart Transplant Program- Provided Complete Cardiac support during and after the cardiac transplant .Involved in planning and carrying out Ist Cardiac transplant in the private sector in northern India. Actively involved in post cardiac transplant management such as conducting endomyocardial biopsies .and followup of the transplant patients

Preventive Cardiology &Public Awareness Lectures- For prevention of impending epidemic of Coronary artery disease in Indians and also for improvement of GDMT for heart failure at various forums taking the message of prevention to the masses.
